What we collect
Your email address, the first name you choose to give, your answers to the scan questions, and anything you add to your profile (names and details about family members, notes). If you buy something, Stripe handles the payment; we never see or store your card number — we receive only a record that the purchase happened and which product it covered.
We also record ordinary technical data: the pages you load, your approximate location from your IP address, and the device and browser you use. If you arrived from an ad, the ad platform's click identifier is stored with your account so the platform can be told that a sign-up or purchase happened.
What we use it for
To run the scan and build your results, reading and report; to email you your sign-in code and your results; to send you the scan's follow-up emails about the scan and the training it leads to (you can stop these with the unsubscribe link in any one of them); to process purchases and handle refunds; and to measure whether our advertising works.
Your written reading and deep reading are generated by an AI model from your own answers. Your answers are sent to that model provider for that purpose only and are not used by them to train models.
Who sees it
Nobody outside the services that make the product work: our hosting and database (Cloudflare), transactional email (Resend), marketing email (GetResponse), payments (Stripe), the AI model used to write your reading (Anthropic), and advertising platforms, which receive a sign-up or purchase event — not your answers. We do not sell your data and we do not share your scan answers with anyone.
The scan is an affiliate of the training it recommends. If you register for that training, the registration is handled on that company's own site under its own privacy policy, and we are credited for the referral.
Keeping it, and deleting it
Your results stay in your account so you can come back to them. To have your account and everything in it deleted, or to get a copy of what we hold, email [email protected] from the address on the account and it will be done within 30 days.
Cookies
A sign-in cookie keeps you logged in. Advertising pixels (such as TikTok's) may set their own cookies to measure ad results; your browser's settings control those.
What the scan is not
The scan describes patterns in the answers you give. It is not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it does not predict outcomes.
